Strategic context:
- Sanofi has implemented recently an ambitious plan called “DRIVE” complementing our Play to Win Strategy with 3 main objectives (i) keep fuelling our pipeline (ii) make Sanofi a modern science-driven healthcare company (iii) serving our patients.
- In this context, Sanofi made the decision to evolve its commercial model from GBU-specific country organisations to a more standardized and consistent approach, boosting efficiency. The focus will be on (i) Key Markets and most innovative products as major drivers for growth and (ii) a cross-GBUs efficiency model with optimised country set-up.
- The Rare Disease and Transplant Sales & Customer Engagement Lead will be integrated into Pharma Vietnam, responsible for local contribution of innovative products in the field of Rare Disease and Transplant (with the launch of Thymoglobuline)
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation and effective execution of franchise strategy for RD brands, currently Myozyme
- Ensure a successful launch for Neviazyme in 2026
- Prepare in 2025 the launch of Thymoglobuline (launch planned in Q1-2026)
- Develop business cases for opportunities of new launch in Immunology (focus RD)
- Implement franchise RD country business plan to maximize business operating income, ensuring availability of products in the market, in compliance with the highest international standards and norms.
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment for effective implementation for the RD strategy with excellence in execution
- Prepare strategic plans for expansion of Specialty Care brands in Vietnam, in collaboration with MCO and Country functions and upon approval of the plan lead its execution.
- Track performance vs the priorities and deploy sales/marketing actions accordingly.
- Responsible for executing customer-facing activities from the Southeast Asia and India MCO (Multi Country Organization), mandate includes:
- Deliver sales target
- Deliver top -line growth efficiently with a refocused portfolio
- Deliver Sales & execute Customer Engagement plans
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction Targets
- Compliance: Respects corporate commitment and compliance guidelines.
About you
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field with minimum 10 years of proven successful management/marketing experience. P&L experience is a plus
- Experience with Medico-Marketing, activation strategy & innovative campaigns
- Exposure to international environment with track record of performance in Marketing and Sales with deep knowledge and understanding of finance and Market Access
- Experience with contributing to Global Brand planning processes and local implementation
- Digital Experience with Customer facing approach and new GTM tactics.
- Fluent in English and local language.

- In-depth understanding of the market, competition, future market trends and entire local healthcare ecosystem
- Strong Leadership by influence and ability to navigate complex structures
- Brand management capabilities
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing operating model, Go To Market (GTM) transformation
- Ability to take data-driven decisions based on patient/HCP needs
