Key Responsibilities
As Quantity Survey Engineer, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and cost estimates

Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for construction activities

Monitor project expenditures and assess variations in contracts
-
Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and contractual agreements
-
Assist in preparing bidding documents and tender evaluations
-
Maintain project cost records and prepare financial reports
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-
Diploma in Civil Engineering
-
Minimum 15 years of experience, with 5 years in quantity surveying
-
Proficiency in cost estimation, contract management, and financial analysis
