We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Quality Systems Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our products. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems to meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System in compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  • Leading internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring accurate records by maintaining a systematic documentation and record-keeping system
  • Identifying opportunities and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality systems
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability
  • Implementing risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential quality issues
  • Managing a team of quality officers and supporting them in developing their full potential


Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Masters's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Advanced HACCP certification
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within the food manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000), Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
