Quality Manager

Provides Leadership, Improves & manages the IFF Quality, Product Safety system for business / technical processes necessary to meet customer needs for timely delivery of quality products & technical services. Requires successful interaction with all manufacturing site functions & Global Quality to efficiently and effectively service (Internal/external) customer needs. Oversees Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Product Safety at the local manufacturing site.
Legally responsible for technical direction of the site.

REQUIREMENTS

B.S. Degree in Microbiology,  Biological Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent.

+8 Years experience in a quality lab managing people

•Expertise in the IFF Quality Manual which outlines IFF requirements for the receiving, testing, and approval of Material

•Excellent in a fast-paced environment involving skills in prioritizing projects and multitasking.

•Be proficient in all computer systems SAP, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Project Management Skill

•Skillful in Project Management

•Knowledge of Financial analysis, legal framework, and business drivers.
