The Quality Engineer ensures the quality and reliability of products by designing and implementing rigorous testing procedures, identifying and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on continuous improvement, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing plans and procedures.

Identify and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to implement solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Monitor production processes and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, test cases, and quality reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.

Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.

Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.

Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.

Experience with statistical analysis and root cause analysis techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is preferred.

Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
