Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Additionally, you will create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. Your role will involve participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
- Identify, record, document, and track defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Provide support for test environments and test data management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
- Knowledge of API testing and security testing.
- Experience in test automation using TOSCA Testsuite.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex software systems.
o Expert experience in platform knowledge/Automation
o 3+ years on API automation
o GOOD TO HAVE
o 3+ years in Automation Azure DevOps integration
o Expert experience in SAP ECC/ S4 Hana Automation
o 3+ years in using Jira/Zephyr/ADO/Xray or a test mgmt tool
o 3+ years of Selenium/Salesforce automation
o Any backend test automation experience is a plus

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
o Needs excellent verbal and written communication
o Needs to be able to ask the right questions to identify what applications are used by each country as well as to identify the critical functionality of these applications.
o Needs to work shift b to support European hours with overlap to US hours.
o Needs to be able to work independently
o Needs to be able to handle working with tight deadlines. (completing this discovery and documentation is critical to starting the testing)
o A nice to have would be test engineer experience (this would allow the role to be transferred to testing once the documentation is complete)
