Main Responsabilities

  • Ensure material disposition according to internal policies by provide monitoring and control tools and information to other departments on rejected material and facilitate the disposition recommended by owner.
  • Administrate and facilitate third party resources in order to rework parts according to quality requirements.
  • Administrate and update receiving inspection plans, according with SQE, or QE requirements.
  • Provide support to BIT (Business Improvement Teams) in terms of A3 documentation and monitoring and control of SCRAP.


What Skills You Need

  • Wide knowledge in Core Tools, GD&T, and Problem-Solving methodologies.
  • Negotiates without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on how to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.
  • Provides technical guidance when required on interpreting and applying knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in factory and supplier quality areas.
  • Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience 3-5 years in similar positions
  • Experience with personnel administration (payroll, vacations, daily activities, etc.)
  • Product Knowledge (utility & versatility tractors)


Education
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
