Quality Engineer - Analysis & Reporting

Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission:

• Creation and analysis of various KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to support senior management and operational teams.

• Planning, development, and distribution of weekly and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Continuous enhancement and automation of the reporting process to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

• Programming of new interfaces to integrate and analyze data from various systems.

• Close collaboration with other departments for which we provide services to understand and meet their reporting requirements.

• Handling ad-hoc requests and issues to support operational decision-making.

• Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in reporting and data analysis.

• Ensuring data integrity and quality in all reporting processes.

• development and maintenance of dashboards for real-time monitoring and key metrics

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• Diploma or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration,  Statistics, Finance, Data Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages and software relevant skills to data analysis and reporting.

• Advanced knowledge of G Workplace, especially Google Sheets (including functions) and Google Sites.

• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling data.

• Experience with MS Office (Microsoft Access) for data analysis and reporting purposes.

• Project management skills with a structured and organized approach to tasks.

• Ability to manage data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

• Fluency in business English; German language skills are desirable.

• Proactive and motivated mindset with a talent for developing innovative solutions.

• High resilience and assertiveness to manage challenging reporting tasks effectively.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

• Creative thinking ability to generate new ideas and improve reporting processes.

• Software skills must include: Excel, Google Workspace, Skywise, Microsoft Access, HTML, interfaces between tools.
