Job Description
- Local data owner, responsible for data quality and completeness
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all global reporting on QA& QC & support function on admin part to R&D
- Support Finance on the Global reporting initiative
- Work on the BI & data dashboard for Sika Australia to ensure the efficiency being monitored
- Back up solution for maintaining the register for Calibration for equipment
- Support on data matrix as when requires from the management
- Facilitate business solutions related to master data in actively preparing, planning and coordinating with involved parties.
- Lead local Data management projects (pertaining QA/QC & R&D)
- Support the data migration data collection, template preparation, price lists.
- Execute data quality checks and corrections.
- Responsible for first level support, coordinate data queries and solution finding at local level in collaboration with corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in an Inventory Management, Database management, IT or other clerical role that requires high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong process-driven approach.
- SAP knowledge & BI are preferential
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
