Job Scope:
This Site (Factory / Sourcing Unit) Quality role contributes to quality assurance / quality control by executing required testing and monitoring and recording results and information in designated secure systems and by complying with all Unilever requirements and specifications.
Reports through Site Quality Leader to Site Leader
Job Responsibilities:

The scope of the role is dependent on site scale factors including # consumer units, # packing lines, site headcount - # FTE, direct responsibility staff # FTE, and site complexity factors such as # technologies, # SKU, % production direct-shipped to customer.

Enters quality data and information to designated system where test results, audit findings and other data are securely stored and preserve

Monitors fill control for label weight / volume declarations and records related quality data in designated system

Performs procedures and documents results of checks and verifications that are required as part of site-wide program of calibration and maintenance of inspection, measuring and testing equipment

Complies with all good laboratory practices, UL requirements and testing methods, and applicable government / authority regulations

Complies with site in-take program for materials and packaging and documents results / information as required in designation system

Complies with requirements regarding use of SAP QM and Unilever specifications including use of InterSpec system

Supports operational KPIs reporting by analyzing data and assigning into standard Quality loss trees
-
Uses required IT systems, practices, loss trees and improvement tools used to reduce / eliminate quality losses as directed

University degree in technical discipline or general sciences
