The Treasury specialist role is a critical role that ensures the company’s Cash flows sustainability, compliance with the regulation and managing the company’s obligations. This specialized position offers the opportunity to develop a strategic thinking and in-depth diving into the company’s operations.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Treasury Management: Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management and Banking relationship
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports on treasury operations
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks related to treasury function.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to oversee daily operations and ensure banking and regulatory compliance.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for treasury and tax operations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in treasury or finance role is a plus
Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide Forecast data
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical Thinking: Ability to Assess Current ways of working and detect improvements areas
