Objectives of this Role

The Quality Control Manager will oversee and manage the quality control process and ensure that products and services adhere to company standards and customer specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to implement quality control processes, and the commitment to continuous improvement.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company standards and customer specifications
  • Manage and lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
  • Design and execute quality control tests to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement
  • Analyze quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
  • Manage and monitor quality control metrics to ensure goals and objectives are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop strategies for resolution and prevention
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Perform internal and external audits to assess quality compliance
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality control and management
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, tools, and techniques
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Certification in quality management is a plus
