Job Summary
Performs the analytical evaluation of raw material, intermediate and finished products, making critical pass / fail decisions. Makes risk analysis and usage decisions of non conformances.
Provides technical assistance for Internal and external customers and when non-conformances are detected, determines root cause, preventive and corrective actions.

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.
• +5 years of experience in an analytical lab.
• Intermediate Engilsh level.
• Proficient In all computer systems such as SAP, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge in chromatography, stability studies, OoS, deviations and non-conformances.
• Knowledge on GLP, GMP, safety, chemical and physical test (liquids, powders, emulsions & dryes).
• Knowledge & Experience in Quality Control with a total understanding of analytical chemistry.
• Knowledge of GPL / GPM Good practices of the lab, good practices of manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points, familiar with the allergen's declaration process.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Managing, preparing, acquisition & interpreting the samples (raw materials) for PRT and RMAC samples utilizing GCMS, etc.
• Maintaining sophisticated analytical instruments including the scheduling of preventative maintenance ensuring trouble-free operation and competence.
• Reporting the results from timely preparation of monthly reports.
• Regression and acceptance testing cycle experience.
