The Quality Control Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support our team and maintain high standards in quality control.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Collect, maintain and organize Quality Records/ Reports. Review Job Documentation and consolidate into a Customer Job Book.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure processes and services meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Testing Coordination: Collaborate with the quality team to ensure personnel on job sites are certified/ qualified to perform the welds required for the job.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Team Support: Serve as a liaison between the quality control team and other departments, providing administrative and operational support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality control software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
