Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Quality Contract Manager for Governmental Helicopters Support Contracts (f/m) in the Support and Services division, you will join the Quality organization Department based in Marignane, France.
This organization is in charge of Quality, Regulation and customer satisfaction for Support activities.

The position offers a high exposure and visibility to management team and Customers.
The Quality Contract Manager (= Ingénieur Qualité Contrat) is the counterpart of the Contract Manager (of MSCF department) and the Product Support Officers (of ESX department) for all quality aspects of a contract.
The jobholder is involved on :
- Support Contracts for Tiger : GSC, TLS
- Support Contracts for NH90 : FOS, RFC, TLS)
- and as to contribute all along the contracts, for offer phase, contract execution and contract closure.
To cover the various contracts, the Quality Contract Manager Governmental has to manage two dedicated Quality Engineers.

Your challenges:
> Quality Assurance
- Traduce contractual "Management and Quality" requirements through a Quality Plan, validated by the Contract Manager (or PSO) and delivered to the customer.
- Integrate in the Quality Plan all relevant regulation requirements (21, 145, M)
- Guarantee the respect of the Quality Plan y all stakeholders : S&S departments, suppliers…
- Perform surveillance on the processes described in the Quality Plan
- For this activity, the Quality Contract Manager manage a dedicated Quality Engineer who is responsible to : - Define the Surveillance Plan
- Prepare Surveillance Questionnaires & Interview guidelines
- Write Surveillance reports, including remarks and CAR (Corrective Action Request)
- Follow CAR treatment
- Be the focal points towards customer and NQAR (National Quality Assurance Representative) for quality topics
- Demonstrate, through relevant KPI, the quality performance on the contract
> Operational Quality
- Lead PPS (Practical Problem Soling) when a malfunction is identified, on product of process.
- Define and follow, with operational Quality departments, actions to improve quality
- Treat the ISQI (In Service Quality Incident).
- For this activity, the Quality Contract Manager can rely on a dedicated ISQI Manager who is responsible to : - Implement quality event treatment through NCM tool (Non Conformity Management)
- Initiate protective, curative, corrective actions (excluding major incidents)
- Define and periodically update quality indicators relating to ISQI treatment
Your profile:
- Master in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in operationnal contract management activities, production or operational quality management
- Knowledge of helicopters system and technologies
- Knowledge of S&S activities would be appreciated
- Capacity to work in transversal activities, capacity to analyse complexe situations and perform synthesis
- Service mindset, welcome problems, rigor and follow standards, continuous improvement
- English: fluent

clearance by the recognized authorities.
