Under the Technology umbrella, the Seller Services team is building the next-generation of tools to allow online sellers, local hobby shop owners and collectors to thrive in an omni-channel environment. We are responsible for designing, building and testing tools for inventory and order management, automated market fluctuation pricing tooling, image recognition inventory digitization, white-label store websites, in-store kiosk offerings and more!

You will help enable sellers to be successful in our thriving collectible gaming marketplace by providing them first-in-class tools to manage their inventory, pricing, orders, and more

You will allow Local Game Stores to be equally successful in-store and online by providing or enhancing tools like In-Store Kiosk, Collectible Card Scanning (Inventory Digitization), Seller Storefront E-Commerce Sites, TCGplayer MassPrice and more

You will lead complex software feature testing through the Agile software development lifecycle by implementing tests and metrics to ensure the definition of done is met

You will collaborate with other development and quality engineers and lead design reviews while driving best practices to constantly improve the quality of our product

You will gather, analyze, and balance software requirements, shaping them into actionable items for testing and automation.

You will improve the stability of our platform and enhance our ability to safely and quickly introduce new features by shoring up our automated regression test suite

What You Bring to the Team
-
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant industry experience in quality automation or 9 years of practical quality automation experience

Experience developing software testing plans, Test Automation Design, and writing test scripts/development in an Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps environment

Hands-on development experience in one or more back-end object-oriented programming languages (preferably C#)

Experience with database technology (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

Experience with Quality Automation testing tools including cross-browser and cloud testing tools, preferably experience with Selenium, LambdaTest, and Postman

Experience with event processing mechanisms such as GCP PubSub, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$89,600 - $158,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
