Who You Are

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with a proven track record in quality control, performance monitoring, and service level enhancements to join our team. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision and will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet company and industry quality standards, consistently achieving top results in our performance-related KPI metrics. 

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced industry and has a strong drive for success. Your ability to excel in this role will be evident in your enthusiasm to develop and execute quality control tests, identifying defects while upholding customer satisfaction excellence through properly identifying customer concerns and working alongside our internal stakeholders to effectively improve quality and performance.


You possess strong English-language communication abilities to effectively convey our customer’s needs to the relevant teams within Boundless | RapidVisa. 


You have a proven track record of success in the quality assurance process and a displayed technical aptitude, preferably an intermediate data analysis skills, including experience working with Excel or other data visualization software, to correctly identify trends and propose solutions across all CS functions.

What You Bring

  • 2++ years of experience in quality assurance, data analysis, or a related role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a BPO, SaaS and/or a start-up environment.
  • Possesses a proven track record in QA process management and technical aptitude, and exhibits a positive attitude, determination, and strong work ethics
  • Experience working with Excel, G-sheet, G-docs, G-slide and/or data visualization software.

   Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensure Accuracy & Consistency: Conduct thorough quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Analyze & Solve Problems: Utilize data-driven insights and feedback to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Optimize Processes & Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend and implement workflow enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine quality standards and boost operational efficiency.
  • Communicate & Collaborate Effectively: Provide clear, constructive feedback to teams, ensuring alignment on quality expectations while bridging departmental gaps to maintain consistency across processes.
  • Champion a Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for service and product reliability by ensuring high-quality deliverables that enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
