About You:

You are a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance professional with a strong understanding of fabric and garment construction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards while balancing compliance, regulatory requirements, and business needs. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to uphold quality control measures and drive continuous product improvements. With a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, you are committed to delivering superior products to customers.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Deep understanding of fabric and garment construction.
  • Experience working with internal and external partners to ensure quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed and solution-oriented, with a high sense of urgency to deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in various software systems (Adobe, Microsoft Suite, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Own, create, and communicate all testing requirements across vendors for seasonal and annual product testing.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to establish functional and performance testing for Knix products.
  • Partner with Regulatory and Compliance teams to develop testing protocols that proactively address evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Expedite regulatory testing as needed, ensuring compliance with CA/USA/EU regulations.
  • Liaise with third-party labs to manage testing protocols and related communications.
  • Continuously review and update testing protocols with third-party labs to align with industry standards.
  • Manage vendor communications related to fabric, garment, and wash test reports.
  • Review and provide feedback on in-line and final inspection reports to approve shipments.
  • Oversee invoice accuracy related to QA processes before submitting for approval.
  • Monitor customer feedback, address quality issues, and drive product improvements without impacting cost or delivery.
  • Create and maintain QA documentation.
  • Conduct local random audits as needed, reporting findings to ensure products meet Knix’s quality standards.
