As a project QHSE Engineer you will be part of the French team, responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSE-S practices both on site and in the office, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.Your responsibilities

Advise the workforce regarding QHSE-S matters and organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings

Execute audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of QHSE-S programs.

Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks.

Collect data and prepare reports.

Escalate and communicate important QHSE-S issues and improvement initiatives to the QHSE department.
Your profile

You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering and/or QHSE related studies such as safety science.

You have relevant experience in civil works. Project experience is a big plus.

You have an analytical mind and are able to work accurately.

You are service minded and a good communicator.

You are fluent, both written and verbal, in French and English.

You get energy from working with processes and organizing systems.
