JOB SUMMARY
The QC Technical Services Associate will be supporting key stability and critical reagents within the Quality Control Technical Services department at the Lexington MA facility. This individual will work collaboratively with QC Operations, Analytical Development, and Quality Assurance in support of clinical pipeline and commercial products. This position will report directly to the QCTS Scientist.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work under general guidance to support Genezen’s programs, from early phase to commercialization.
- Support and own quality documentation, including Change Control and CAPA.
- Will provide data verification of QC results.
- Create, implement and support data tables, and assay and/or sample trending.
- Working knowledge of quality system requirements.
- Complete documentation in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Will author and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Work Environment
- Frequently required to work in a BSL 2 environment with personal protective equipment/aseptic gowning
