Head of QA
What will you do?
- Product quality management and testing process within the team.
- Monitoring and execution of QA work plans.
- Identifying and resolving issues in testing and development processes.
- Managing the QA team: mentoring, staff development, workload planning.
- Collaborating directly with developers and producers to ensure the team’s production goals are met.
- Performing hands-on testing as needed.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years experience in QA
- Experience with managing a small and focused team.
- Exceptional management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of QA theory.
- Strong hands-on testing skills.
- Extensive experience with defect-tracking tools.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- English - B2 and above
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Previous testing experience within game development.
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python\C#\C++)
- Experience coordinating with external or remote test groups.
- Experience managing private and public beta releases.
Work mode
Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
