Job Description: 

Articul8 AI is seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Software Engineer to join our team in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). We are looking for a Quality Assurance Software Engineer with a proven track record of designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality of our GenAI-powered products. As a member of our Product Technology team, you will play a critical role in identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize performance, and foster growth. This position offers exciting opportunities to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive innovations in enterprise-grade GenAI. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality of our GenAI-powered products. 

• Identify and report defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality. 

• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing. 

• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to integrate testing components with product features, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. 

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring, logging, and error handling mechanisms. 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our testing capabilities. 

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to open-source projects. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Professional experience: 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field. 

• Education: BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Technology stack: 

  • Languages: Python, Go, Javascript, REST APIs 

  • Automation tools: Selenium, Robot, Postman, JMeter, K6 

  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP 

  • Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker Swarm 

  • Monitoring and observability: Prometheus, Grafana 

  • Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
