Job Description
We are a team of experienced expert who invite a dynamic, curious person to join our team, who will gain key knowledge and experience in an interdisciplinary team and who will help co-create the "new" Sandoz and Lek.
As a QA Operations Expert (d/f/m), you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and Sandoz standards, seeking, proposing and accepting solutions that ensure the quality of our products.
For successful performance in this job, it is expected that you have experience in the field of quality management, a good understanding of regulatory standards, and knowledge of production processes. You should also be able to communicate effectively, be capable of analyzing data, and respond quickly to changes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support for projects to improve operational excellence.
- Promoting process optimization, continuous improvements, operational excellence, innovations, proactive compliance maintenance.
- Participation in strategic activities, projects, decisions, ensuring the most modern production processes.
- Collaboration in the development of a quality system in accordance with Slovenian and European legislation, the International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals, the Convention on Pharmaceutical Inspection, and Sandoz standards.
- Supervision over process validation and review and approval of changes.
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer within and outside the team.
- Responsibility for personal and professional development.
- Other tasks as directed by the supervisor and tasks based on special appointment.
What you will bring to the role:
- A university degree in chemistry, pharmacy, mechanical engineering, or other natural science fields.
- Active knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of Slovenian.
- Work experience in the field of production, development, or other professional experience in the field of quality is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively, analyze data, and respond quickly to changes is preferred.
