QA Manager

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a small highly technical QA team. Requires experience designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies. This individual serves as a main communication point between R&D and the QA team.

Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive test plans for each release working directly with R&D leader.

· Helps team design test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on requirements.

· Build testing harness for automate Functional, Regression, Integration, and Performance tests

· Manage defects and test cases via define process within Jira

· Mentor QA team members

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Strong knowledge Java, Nodel.js, Angular

· Strong knowledge in testing frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, Junit, …

· Strong knowledge of SNMP and NetFlow

· Solid scripting/automation skills in Python or Ruby

· Proven experience testing performance and scalability

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Self-starter who can work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

· Management certifications

· Jira certifications

· Coding certifications
