Verisure is seeking an experienced and motivated QA Engineer to join our Group Technology organization in Madrid (Spain). You will participate in the development and execution of our industrial vision and strategy and will manage our day-to-day industrial activities and projects.

This position will report to the Industrial Manager, himself reporting to the Head of Tech Portfolio Strategy and Central Quality.

Responsabilities 📋

• Manage day-to-day activities of our industrial footprint and industrial partners – this includes EMS follow-up, troubleshooting in factories, ensuring that the product is manufactured with the required quality level, improving factories efficiency throughout yield rates analysis, etc.
• Lead problem solving activities in our factories, warehouses, repair centres or industrialization / logistics flow, working closing with local QAs, R&D, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Participate or lead transversal projects which may include, for example, the industrialisation of a new plant or the design and rollout of a new model for our manufacturing testing tools.
• Run projects of continuous improvement or process improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Participate in the industrialization of new products and design and deploy design-for-testability and design-for-manufacturing processes to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and with high quality.
• Maintain a clear view and roadmap of Product Versions, certifications and rollouts in factories, warehouses and field.
• Prepare presentations for managerial sessions when required.

Required Qualifications ✅

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, STEM or related field.
• 7 of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Quality or related roles.
• Experience in SMT production line and testing tools, if possible, in the consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English

Desired Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies knowledge
• Experience in mechanical and electrical manufacturing and assembly processes
