WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Cymulate is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to drive our test efforts and test executions as part of the R&D team.
- As a QA Engineer, you'll take part in our front-end and server-side (microservices) testing and will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on our set of products.
- Executing and owning full QA cycles of new features releases.
- Own the bug/s life cycle and issues handling by the team.
- Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
- Write detailed test plans and test cases.
- Collect and report quality metrics from each test execution.
- Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments.
- Validate that new software releases are meeting the highest quality standards.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Automation + Manual QA - Must
- Experience with Web API / Desktop testing - Must
- Ability to write efficient automation code using framework such as playwright / puppeteer / selenium / any other testing framework.
- Experience working with task management and issues reporting tools such as JIRA - Must
- Experience with writing detailed test plans and test cases - Must
- Detail-oriented, organized with a keen eye for detail - Must
- Experience with different testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to efficiently-Must.
- Experience in a SaaS company / startup – Advantage
- Experience with linux operating systems - Advantage
- Experience with database (e.g., MongoDB, Redis etc.. ) - Advantage.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and tools - Advantage
- Experience with Docker, K8S or AWS services - Advantage
