We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Perform regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

Automation Testing:
- Design and implement automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.

Perform root cause analysis and support the resolution of issues found during testing.

Ensure all test environments are maintained and functioning optimally.

Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, tools, and trends to improve testing efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a balance of manual and automation expertise.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
- Strong knowledge of manual testing processes, test case design, and defect life cycle.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
