QA Automation Team Leader

We’re growing and looking to hire QA Automation Team Leader who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Automation Team Leader to join our R&D leadership team, manage and mentor the QA & Automation team, and lead the quality assurance efforts in the company.

Responsibilities

As a QA Automation Team Leader, Your impact will be:

Lead the QA and automation team, while providing direction, mentorship, and support.

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement

Design, execute, and manage automated test scripts to ensure top-notch product quality

Develop and implement a comprehensive QA and automation aligned with our product goals

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our QA and automation processes and tools

Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) integration for automated testing

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

At least 3 years of experience in leading a QA team 

At least 4 years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with a solid understanding of test automation principles and practices

Experience in Python - Must

Proven experience in Networking testing methodologies and practices - Must  

Testing Web Applications using Selenium and BE tools - Must

Implementation of automated test scripts across different platforms and environments, integrating them into Jenkins pipelines - Must

Strong technical knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies

Excellent technical skills at identifying bugs and solving complex problems

Knowledge of networking protocols and using network analysis tools

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills in English
