What is the mission of the position?
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing testing procedures for our software applications, analyzing the functionality of applications, and creating, writing, and maintaining automated tests to validate their performance using functional testing tools. With the objective of identifying, tracking, and solving bugs, as well as highlighting issues.
What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
- Be liaising with the Developers and Product Owners to identify and test key features of software programs and to solve application faults
- Review user stories and functional requirements, focusing on acceptance criteria, to identify software application weaknesses and target areas
- Participate in the development, deployment, and administration of QA process, tools, and supporting technologies
- Create and maintain test plans, cases, scenarios/scripts, in compliance with defined QA standards and methodologies
- Design, create and run automation tests using Specflow (Gherkin), MAUI, Selenium and Appium.
- Establish and configure testing environments for executing test cases and scenarios
- Review manual test cases for the relevant application and provide feedback on suitability for automation to the project team
- Support, maintain, and enhance all test case automation related activities during iterative development, system testing, and regression testing
- Assist with manual testing; execute manual test cases and scripts for products under development using test management/tracking tools
- Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures
- Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.
- Design, create and run load and stress tests using JMeter and Azure Load Testing.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related

+ 3 years experience with software testing of web-based applications using a structured testing methodology.

+ 3 years of experience with automated functional testing tools preferably Specflow, MAUI, Selenium and Appium.

+ 2 years of experience with load and stress testing tools, preferably JMeter and Azure Load Testing.

ISTQB or equivalent, Azure DevOps certification desirable

English (writing and communication)
