About the Role:
We are seeking a QA Manual Website Test Engineer responsible for ensuring 100% quality, proper functionality and user experience of websites. This role is expected to deliver 100+ websites in a month ensuring zero bugs. Also, this role will execute test cases, identify bugs, and collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality websites for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of WordPress websites to ensure functionality and meet business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to analyze, report, and resolve bugs.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, identifying risks and communicating them to respective team members.
- Perform retesting and regression testing on specific builds of the website.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device testing to confirm compatibility with different web browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 2 years in Manual Testing (Website Testing).
- Proficient in various types of testing such as regression testing, retesting and end to end testing.
- Expertise in Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, sharing insights and collaborating on solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics, UI, and UX design.
Soft skills Required
- Attention to Detail: Identify even the smallest issues and ensure all aspects of the website function as intended.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other team members to resolve bugs and enhance the user experience.
- Analytical Thinking: Break down complex problems and scenarios to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Communication: Clearly report findings and provide feedback to teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
