We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer at Bluegrass Digital, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable Python-based applications and integrations. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing robust Python applications and integrations.
- Writing clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Integrating user-facing elements using front-end technologies.
- Testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to team discussions on architecture and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
