• Lead the development of different product proposition (product packaging) to increase penetration into different segments.
• Collaborate with Business Solution and PVA Product and Marketing team to develop holistic product plan.
• Provide the best solutions to meet customer’s demand and increase engagement persistency by providing the right product
to right customer in the right way.
• Provide the full product packaging to increase the penetration rate.
• Customize the product to each bank partners with new commercial name, MKT Story, training approach….to suitable with each
customer segment.
• Market intelligence to ensure that PVA is provided the best solution in the market.
• Provide and request Product team to develop the new product to fit with the need of bank partners and customers.
• Manage the process for product launch.
• Post launch review.
PD Product Proposition
1/ Market intelligence
• Lead the research for new Product trend/new product launch/new package launched in market.
• Analyse the impact to ensure PVA PD’s products are on peer with market, provide the advisory solutions for Head of Account Management and Banks Partners.
2/ Product solution for Bank partners
• Lead the PD Product Proposition strategy.
• Work with Account Head/Bank Partners to understand the bank’s needs and customer’s needs.
• Tailor product solution to meet the need of banks and customers, design new commercial name.
• Manage the implementation process to ensure the product is deliver on commitment timeline.
• Work with PVA’s Product and MKT team to develop the new initiatives.
3/ Leadership, Teamwork and Internal Communication
• Groom a highly motivated team through effective communication of business directions/objectives and providing appropriate reward/recognition and training solutions.
• Instill professionalism and responsibility through guidance and leading by example.
• Foster an environment of teamwork, ensuring collaboration throughout team and across functions.
