This is an in-person role at our office in Victoria, BC

You will…

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of publishers.
  • Identify and onboard new publishers to expand the network.
  • Negotiate and manage publisher contracts, ensuring optimal revenue generation.
  • Analyze publisher performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide strategic guidance to publishers on maximizing ad revenue and inventory. Which would include: timely updates, promotional materials, and clear guidelines to ensure consistent and effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and ad operations teams to maximize publisher revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales and business development, product, tech) to align external partner efforts with broader company initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

You have… 

  • 3 - 5 years experience working with publishers/affiliates, or external supply networks
  • Experience in sales, client management, or account management is essential
  • Experience with Everflow or network management software/tools
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • The ability to travel globally when needed, primarily in the US
  • A clear and personable communication style, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to take direction and play well in a team environment
  • An exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to figure things out and learn independently
  • The ability to meet deadlines when unexpected situations and/or request are made

Nice to have: 

  • Background in lead generation or digital marketing preferred
  • Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business preferred 

Base salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 CAD.

OTE: ~$85k CAD. Commission is uncapped. 

Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, and experience of each candidate.
