Job Description
Maintain employee data in administrative system (Workday) and other HR/payroll systems
Support HR & People Leaders for any queries related to the administrative system (Workday)
Secure high quality of employee data and its maintenance in all systems
Always keep high focus on customer service and build good relations with stakeholders
Deliver HR information and transactions in an accurate and timely manner
Use ServiceNow as ticketing tool to manage incoming queries.
Deliver HR information and transactions in an accurate and timely manner
Support the team in a variety of activities connected to employee lifecycle processes
Engage in CI initiatives & projects if any and their implementation as requested (including
transition of HR)
