Przedstawiciel  Farmaceutyczny  odpowiada  za  najwyższy  poziom  egzekucji strategii  marek  HALEON,  miesięczne  i kwartalne  wdrażanie  planów/celów biznesowych  na  podległym  terytorium  tak,  aby  maksymalizować  wartość sprzedaży, udział rynkowy oraz obecność marek Haleon w aptekach.

Kluczowe Obowiązki:

• Realizacja Celów Sprzedażowych: Osiąganie wyznaczonych celów poprzez perfekcyjną realizację wskaźników: dystrybucji, dostępności, widoczności i rekomendacji.

• Planowanie Biznesowe: Tworzenie i monitorowanie krótkoterminowych oraz rocznych planów biznesowych, by w pełni wykorzystać potencjał kontraktów.

• Analiza Danych: Stała analiza danych w celu zapobiegania brakom towarowym i zwiększania widoczności.

• Zarządzanie Sprzedażą: Odpowiedzialność za wyniki sprzedażowe na swoim terytorium, wyznaczanie SMART celów dla każdej wizyty oraz optymalizacja kontaktu z aptekami.

• Budowanie Rekomendacji dla Marek Haleon:

• Pogłębianie wiedzy o produktach Haleon oraz regularne jej aktualizowanie.

• Prowadzenie profesjonalnych działań detailingowych w celu uzyskania zobowiązań rekomendacyjnych.

• Zarządzanie Budżetem i Współpraca:

• Optymalizacja Budżetu: Mądre inwestowanie w ramach przydzielonego budżetu, by osiągnąć jak największą efektywność.

• Zespołowa Współpraca: Budowanie relacji z farmaceutami, zwiększanie świadomości marek Haleon, efektywna praca zespołowa i wymiana doświadczeń.

• Raportowanie i Zgodność:

• Terminowe raportowanie zgodnie z wymaganiami firmy.

• Zapewnienie kompletnej dokumentacji zgodnie z polityką Haleon.

Wymagania:

• Doświadczenie w sprzedaży w branży farmaceutycznej min 2 lata;

• Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne;

• Znakomite umiejętności wdrażania i egzekwowania działań w aptece;

• Reprezentowanie najwyższego poziomu umiejętności wykonania zadań

• Łatwość przystosowania się do zmian i chęć uczenia się nowych umiejętności;

• Podstawowe zdolności finansowe i analityczne - umiejętność zarządzania budżetem oraz obliczania efektywności inwestycji

• Doświadczenie we współpracy miedzydziałowej;

• Wysoki standard etyczny;

• Znajomość MS Office, Prawo Jazdy (B);

• Wykształcenie: min średnie, preferowane wyższe (min. licencjat); jęz. angielski nie jest wymagany, ale mile widziany.
