Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Provider Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our Providers. You will ensure Providers are input on our platforms and users have access.
Responsibilities:

  • Provider Support & Retraining
    • Support Provider Development Executive & Account Management Team by addressing Provider concerns regarding scheduling, bill/records uploads and referrals/orders for Outside Services
    • Identify trends in inquiries from MoveDocs Provider Partners. Utilize trend data from providers to facilitate re-training/education for MoveDocs Provider Partners
    • Assist in adding new users for MoveDocs Provider Partners on the MoveDocs Platform
    • Receive and forward inquiries from Providers to appropriate internal MoveDocs Department (Processing, AP, Underwriting, Facilitation)
  • New Provider Onboarding
    • Implement MoveDocs workflows in new provider practices
    • Train staff at MoveDocs Provider Partner offices on Scheduling, Procedure Requests, and Bill/Record Uploads
  • Special Provider Partner Projects
    • Work with Provider Team directly on developing internal/external workflows for new provider offerings/servicing models
    • Assist with other projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Medical and paralegal background is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, project management, or implementation management within a healthcare revenue cycle, technology, or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business results.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Software, Smartsheet and Salesforce.
