AUFGABENSTELLUNG
- Projektmanagement für Investitions-, Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen im Bereich der Gebäude- und Infrastrukturplanung
- Planung, Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller relevanten Budgets (CapEx / OpEx) und Termine für die eigenen Projekte
- Erstellung von Investitionsanträgen, Lastenheften und Spezifikationen
- Leitung von Projektteams mit internen und externen Teilnehmern
- Begleitung der Ausschreibungsprozesse und Vergabeverhandlungen zusammen mit dem Airbus Einkauf und Wahrnehmung der Projektleiter-Rolle (technischer Auftraggeber/Bauherrenvertretung) inkl. Abnahmen, Dokumentation und Gewährleistungsverfolgung
- Wahrnehmung der Fremdfirmenkoordination
- Konzepterstellungen inkl. Termin- und Kostenanalysen für Technische Gebäudeausstattung (Einzelgewerke und im Rahmen von Neubauvorhaben)
- Erhebung und Formulierung von Sanierungsbedarfen im Bestand zusammen mit den Fachbereichen und unter Einbeziehung externer Sachverständiger
- Bestandspflege aller relevanten Gebäudeplandaten und Projektdokumentationen (Gebäudekataster / Planner-Tool)
ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)
- Diplom-Ingenieur(in), Bachelor bzw. Master, Techniker(in), Meister(in), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung von Bau- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Baukostenplanung und Gebäudeinstandhaltung
- Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen und Regelwerke (HOAI, DIN, VOB, ASR und Bauordnung)
- Gute DV-Kenntnisse (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Bentley Microstation)
- Hoher persönlicher Einsatz, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie kostenbewusstes Denken und Handeln
