Project Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead and manage the project training team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic training plans that align with the organization's operational goals.
• Program Development: Oversee the design and development of comprehensive training programs tailored to various operational projects.
• Training Delivery: Ensure effective delivery of training through various methods, including classroom sessions, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
• Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, project managers, and department heads to ensure training initiatives support operational objectives.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative approaches into training programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
• Experience with virtual training platforms.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
