ERM is seeking a Consultant/Project Scheduler to join our consulting firm Remote­­­­. This is a Full-time (40 hours a week), limited-term role with a duration of 6-8 months, extendable. The successful candidate will work on client projects that will involve schedule coordination for conducting site visits in various US locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with the client contact to schedule onsite visits for the ERM team. Work with the client to determine locations that require the onsite activity and determine security access requirements and workarounds.
  • Work with an ERM team for scheduling and communicate gaps in resources to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate the schedule with the client and the ERM team and create calendar invites with the client representative and ERM team. Track acceptance and update the schedules as needed. 
  • Develop and update a tracking sheet for all onsite activities, including the date and time of the onsite activity, location, responsible parties, and completion.
  • Work efficiently and effectively with large teams, identifying potential issues in meeting schedules and work towards solutions. 
  • Potentially assisting in collecting chemical inventory data and verifying accuracy in the data.
  • Work within quality/budget/schedule expectations and scope-specific assignments.
  • Communicate updates with the client on a weekly basis

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing schedules for large projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in general sciences preferred.   
  • Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills;
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules.
  • Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with hands-on trouble-shooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Tier II or Hazardous Materials Business Plan reporting is a plus.
  • Local candidates preferred

For the Project Scheduler position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $63,099 - $78,566 , $30.33/hr – $37.77/hr, limited-term, non-exempt.  An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above.  This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).

*Benefits Eligibility is limited to Regular employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.  Fixed-Term employees (including Flexforce) who are regularly scheduled to work 20 hours a week or more are eligible for a limited benefits package.  Casual employees are NOT benefits eligible.
