Job Description
Join us in this role where you’ll be part of our Ignitis Renewables team developing the first offshore wind farm in Lithuania. You’ll play a key role, being responsible for implementing and leading sourcing activities for one of our substations. In this role, you’ll manage the tendering process, lead negotiations of tier 2/3 contracts, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and optimizing value. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing, maintaining, and overseeing the detailed Request for Proposal process and timeline for the respective contracts, including securing internal gate approvals.
- Managing and elaborating the entire Request for Proposal/Invitation to Tender process, focusing on all ITT document management and commercial input and clarifications
- Handling complete package-related supply chain relationship and document exchange management process, including the responsible management of all clarification and deviation registers
- Preparing for and participate in all package-related negotiations, leading or participating in all commercial negotiations in close coordination with the Contract Manager and the Work Package Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and/or Engineering with relevant commercial expertise
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a senior or lead procurement position, within offshore wind, within the respective package or with EPC contracts would be an advantage
- Experience in offshore wind development projects or supply chain business
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
- Ability to work within the ‘projects magic triangle’ in quality, time and budget and under deadline pressure, ensuring efficient procurement execution while meeting financial constraints.
