Job Description:
Project Manager with experience in transformation projects, in particular Mainframe transformation.
- Leadership of application projects in a multidisciplinary team environment with more than 10 elements.
- Hard skills (time, team, risk, stakeholders, change management).
- Soft skills (team facilitation, client facing, communication…)
- Management of technically complex projects (minimum 2)
- Management and communication with multiple stakeholders
- Portuguese and English language.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management.
- Support business development activities within its scope of expertise and participate in technical proposals process.
- Client Facing, customer on-site and hybrid work.
- Portuguese Native and Fluent in English is a must
