About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager - Marketing Communications & Creative Operations to drive seamless workflow coordination across creative, content, and marketing teams. This role will oversee project timelines, ensure messaging consistency, and optimize the job allocation of creative team. You will collaborate closely with Retail & Performance Marketing, Cross-Sell, Go-To-Market, Brand, and Social teams, as well as external Creative Agencies.
A key responsibility is to embrace AI-driven tools and automation to enhance content production, workflow efficiency, and campaign performance tracking. The ideal candidate is a structured yet adaptable problem-solver who can influence change management and drive innovation in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Workflow Management
- Assess and balance workload across designers, copywriters, content strategists, and external agencies.
- Act as a central point of coordination for campaign messaging, creative production, and content approvals.
- Align with marketing teams to define campaign scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
- Manage multi-channel projects across digital, social media, paid media, PR, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all touchpoints.
- Track and manage campaign deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals.
Process & Resource Optimization
- Optimize internal workflows for content creation, approval processes, and campaign execution.
- Implement best practices for briefing, project tracking, and performance measurement.
- Standardize templates and tools for efficient project kick-offs.
AI Integration & Change Management
- Identify and implement AI tools for content automation, campaign analytics, and workflow efficiencies.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered copywriting, image generation, and performance tracking tools.
- Lead change management initiatives to help teams embrace AI-driven marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, project management, or creative operations.
- Strong understanding of content production, campaign execution, and multi-channel marketing.
- Experience working with designers, copywriters, media, PR, and digital marketing teams.
- Familiarity with MarCom workflows, brand messaging strategies, and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Wrike, Jira).
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
