Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate a range of projects within our hospital system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless collaboration between clinical staff, leadership, and key stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion.
- As the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
- Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
- Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
- Responds to inquiries about projects.
- Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
- Establishes and maintains liaison as required with boards, committees and commissions.
- Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
- Performs project design for assigned projects.
- Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.

This role is based at our Geisinger Medical Center, Danville hospital and requires full-time on-site presence. Remote work arrangements are not available for this position.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing people, processes or projects, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site team environment
- Proven ability to work effectively with teams (e.g., doctors, nurses, operations, and leadership) in a healthcare setting
Education:
Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
Experience:
