We’re recruiting for a Project Manager with an electrical or construction bias who will oversee the installation and delivery of commercial renewable energy system installations, including EV charging and solar PV systems, ranging in complexity, scale and value. You’ll manage several projects at a time so will be organised and structured, using your technical expertise and stakeholder management skills to ensure the delivery of a project on-time and on-budget. You’ll be motivated by customer satisfaction and delivering a quality solution. You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Programme planning
- Customer liaison and management
- Contractor management
- Internal stakeholder management
- H&S planning and creating a safe system of work
- Reporting, governance and budget management
- Identifying and gathering all required permissions
- Some design work may be required although our Project Designers will support where required
- Handover pack creation
You’ll have:
- Project management and programme planning experience in a similar industry, PRINCE2 is desirable
- Experience in electrical engineering, construction, civils or renewables is a big plus
- A track record of effective customer/end-user management
- Strong reporting skills, along with budget management and governance
- H&S planning experience
- Full UK driving license
