In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex consulting projects for a multinational clientele. You will work collaboratively with a team of consultants from diverse backgrounds and time zones to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams located around the world
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports to clients
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- Proven experience working in a global consulting environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
