We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of application solutions, as well as ensuring that they continue to run smoothly. This position will be full-time and onsite.
What You’ll Do

Assist staff in analyzing business practices in order to identify area of improvement and develop solutions

Assist with the completion of all the required paperwork for the project (Forms: Project Intake, TIP, L-SAR, Classification)

Lead in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of new IT solutions
-
Research, and manage software applications that will contribute to the success of the department
-
Evaluate current IT systems across multiple business units/divisions to enhance to better meet their business/operational needs. This may require changes to existing applications, development of new systems, or refine the process around their IT solutions

Act as a System Administrator for current, enhanced, or new applications
-
Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software
-
Provide subject matter advice and guidance to management in determining operation policy and priorities as it relates to software and application solutions

Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications
-
Ensure the training of employees on the use of any new software applications
-
Reporting on the progress of operational issues to management, end users, and stakeholders
What You'll Need
Required:
-
Proven experience in IT project management, including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions
-
Experience in business process analysis and improvement to identify areas for enhancement and develop solutions

Experience with application support and system administration, including troubleshooting and resolving software issues
-
Proficiency in developing and managing project plans and schedules
-
Familiarity with IT systems evaluation and enhancement, including software application management and procurement processes

Knowledge of software applications relevant to business needs and the ability to act as a subject matter expert

Strong analytical skills to evaluate current IT systems and recommend improvements
-
Ability to lead in the planning, development, and implementation of IT solutions
-
Experience creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for software application
Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
