Then join our team as a Project Manager where you’ll drive projects from planning to delivery, ensuring goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to make every project a success.

What You Will Do

  • Project Implementation:
    • Track project progress, adjusting as needed.
    • Establish regular communication to update stakeholders.
    • Review team output ensuring it meets project standards.
    • Ensure project documentation is accurate, secure, and accessible.
  • Project Planning:
    • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholder input.
    • Confirm success criteria and evaluation metrics.
    • Develop a detailed plan outlining key activities and timelines.
  • Project Management:
    • Report project status and expenses to management and finance teams.
    • Monitor and approve budgeted project expenditures.
    • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Project Staffing:
    • Ensure proper resource allocation.
    • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting team members.
  • Project Evaluation:
    • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Assess project outcomes against initial objectives.
    • Manage risks and escalate issues as needed.

What You Will Bring

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Skills: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
