Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects that drive business success. Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and key milestones
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and business objectives
- Ensure that all project phases—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—are effectively managed
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadership
- Communicate project goals, expectations, and changes effectively to all team members
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution
3. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop contingency plans to minimize potential roadblocks
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership and recommend solutions
4. Budget & Resource Management
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans
- Optimize resource allocation, balancing team workloads efficiently
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the right resources are assigned to projects
5. Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project execution
- Contribute to standardizing project management best practices within the PMO
- Support the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones
- Analyze project data and trends to drive process improvements
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and support project teams, fostering a productive work environment
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Lead team meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred
- Experience in process improvement, change management, or organizational transformation projects is preferred
- Previous experience leading high-profile strategic initiatives is preferred
