At CADDi, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes for both our clients and our company. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process within the manufacturing industry. This role will be onsite at our Chicago Loop office.

What your days will look like:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage client relationships, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Track and report on project metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements

What a successful Project Manager brings to the table:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • You live in Salesforce as if it's a second home.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex sales projects.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle for a SaaS organization
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust internally and externally
  • You would call yourself proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized. 
  • You have strong problem-solving and execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in the manufacturing or procurement industry.

Starting salary range is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and increased earnings.
