What We'll Bring:
The Project Manager is a highly visible position as part of a global Program and Project Management Office. Primary responsibilities include setting up, leading and managing multiple workstreams within projects and programs ensuring transparency and visibility of the overall project/program roadmap. This individual works closely with internal stakeholders across Global and Regional teams including Product, Legal, IT, Analytics and more to fully understand and communicate key requirements, timelines, dependencies, assumptions risks and issues.
What You'll Bring:
· Best in class program/project and change management skills with the ability to make order out of the chaos and keep people aligned
· Create and nurture a transparent and efficient process for tracking and communicating project plans, assumptions and dependencies.
· Identify, manage and escalate risks across projects/workstreams/program to mitigate impact to plans.
· Lead/facilitate workstream/project discussions or workshops.
· Work and lead effectively in a global matrixed operating model.
· Work side by side with best-in-class Product Managers to lead the project team through open communication clear decision-making responsibilities.
· Plan workstream/projects from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and milestones.
· Develop and maintain operations and budgets and vendor contracts as needed
· Develop and report on key business and project related metrics that measure health and success of the program
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- The ability to excel in a high growth, fast-paced environment
- This position requires business maturity, leadership, planning, and strong communication skills, with a highly developed knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet and Confluence will be a plus.
- Experience working with high level stakeholders.
- Experience in Cloud projects is nice to have.
- Certifications as PMP, Agile are nice to have.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
